Provide Human Resources support to assigned headquarters and/or division client groups. This role focuses on developing strong business relationships with managers at all levels while ensuring HR policies and practices align with company objectives. Provide HR support for by ensuring compliance and adapting HR initiatives while facilitating HR best practices. Key responsibilities include coordination of assignments and staffing, partnering with managers to investigate and resolve employee relations issues, coaching employees and managers on HR policies, and identifying and coordinating training solutions as needed. Provide counsel on company policies, benefits, staffing, employee relations, and compensation matters. This role also develops and analyzes statistical reports to support HR strategies, prepares and delivers presentations, and manages special projects as assigned.
