GreenTek Roofing & Solar is a family-owned, rapidly growing roofing and solar company serving communities across Florida. We’re known for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and trust. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can bring our projects, people, and culture to life online—turning attention into engagement and engagement into opportunity.
The Social Media Manager is a hands-on content creator and digital brand steward responsible for managing GreenTek’s social presence from capture to conversion. This role blends creative storytelling with execution and accountability. From job-site Reels and TikToks to campaign planning and inbound engagement, you’ll own the day-to-day performance of our social platforms.
This is not a desk-only role. You’ll be in the field capturing real work, real people, and real results—then translating that into compelling content that drives awareness and leads.
- Capture, edit, and publish high-quality short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) on job sites and in the community.
- Manage and execute a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop campaigns aligned with seasonal promotions, active projects, recruiting needs, and events.
- Maintain brand voice, visual consistency, and messaging across all platforms.
- Organize and maintain a cloud-based digital media library (photo, video, graphics).
- Monitor all social platforms daily for comments, DMs, mentions, and engagement opportunities.
- Identify qualified inquiries and immediately tag or notify the Leads Department with relevant context.
- Engage professionally with followers, customers, and community partners to strengthen brand trust.
- Track and report weekly on:
- Engagement and audience growth
- Content performance
- Lead opportunities generated from social platforms
- Use performance data and trends to refine content strategy and posting cadence.
- Support company presence at community events, expos, and home shows.
- Capture live content, assist with setup, and help document ROI from events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events and campaigns are properly promoted.
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Recruiting, and Leadership teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and priorities to keep campaigns moving smoothly.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation (internships welcome).
- Proven ability to film, edit, and post short-form video independently.
- Experience using social scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.).
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Drone photography or videography experience.
- Experience managing brand-level social media accounts.
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Acculynx or HubSpot.
- $20–$24/hr depending on experience
- Bonus opportunities tied to engagement and lead generation
- Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance
- Paid Time Off
- Weekly pay & referral bonuses
- Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing, family-owned company
This is an in-person role based at our Thonotosassa, FL headquarters. While some time will be spent editing, planning, and analyzing performance, most days involve job-site visits, field content capture, and community engagement.
- Be proactive: You bring ideas and execute without waiting to be asked.
- Be organized: Content calendars, files, and follow-ups are always under control.
- Be curious: You test trends, analyze results, and continuously improve performance.
- Be communicative: Especially when it comes to inbound leads and team collaboration.
If you’re not comfortable on job sites, behind a camera, or actively engaging with people—this is not the role for you.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love turning real-world moments into digital impact, we want to hear from you.
