About the Role

Hydro Solutions is hiring a full-time, in-house media specialist who is highly skilled in videography and video editing. This person will record daily content, edit fast, and manage our social media presence across all platforms.

This Position Requires (Non-Negotiable):

- Strong videography skills (camera operation, lighting basics, framing, audio)

- Professional video editing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube, long-form)

- Ability to follow you around and capture real-time content

- Ability to direct people on camera

- Must be able to turn raw footage into clean, engaging videos quickly

- Must be comfortable producing 3–10 pieces of content daily

Core Responsibilities:

- Film vertical and horizontal videos daily

- Edit short-form and long-form content

- Create social media ads, testimonials, before/after content

- Post and schedule across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

- Follow weekly content calendars and trends

- Shoot on-site at customer homes, office, and events

Requirements:

- Portfolio with real videography + editing work

- In-office availability Monday–Friday

- Reliable, fast editor, coachable

- Comfortable with iPhone or mirrorless cameras

- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

- No remote applicants

Bonus Skills:

(Not required, but valuable)

- Graphic design (Canva/Photoshop)

- Knowledge of Meta or Google Ads

- Photography
