We are seeking dependable and experienced Snow Removal Subcontractors to assist with winter snow and ice management services. Subcontractors will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from designated properties using their own equipment or company-provided resources. Work is on an on-call basis during and after snow/ice events.
- Safely and efficiently remove snow from parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and other designated areas.
- Apply ice melt or salt as needed to ensure safe walking and driving conditions.
- Operate and maintain snow removal equipment (plow trucks, skid steers, loaders, snow blowers, etc.).
- Communicate with dispatch and supervisors before, during, and after snow events.
- Follow assigned routes, timelines, and service standards.
- Document work performed (time, location, services provided).
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to work long, irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events.
- Must have general liability insurance and/or workers compensation coverage (proof required).
- Experience with snow removal equipment preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in cold, snowy, and icy conditions.
- Competitive pay based on per-push, per-hour, or per-season contract rates (depending on agreement).
- Payment terms defined in subcontractor agreement.
