Job Description:

We are seeking a Skilled Laborer with expertise in sandblasting and a strong understanding of operating air tools for deburring and cleaning parts. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the final steps of production, ensuring each part is properly finished, cleaned, and meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare parts for final use or further processing.

•

Use air tools to deburr and smooth parts, ensuring all edges are clean and safe.

•

Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality specifications before moving to the next stage.

•

Handle and care for parts to prevent damage during the cleaning and finishing process.

•

Follow work orders and instructions to ensure timely and accurate task completion.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

•

Flexibility to start early or stay late when necessary to ensure products are completed and delivered by the required date.

Qualifications:

•

Experience with sandblasting in a manufacturing, machine shop, or industrial setting.

•

Skilled in the use of air tools for tasks such as deburring, grinding, and cleaning.

•

Ability to follow detailed instructions and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

•

Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.

•

Physical ability to handle repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift moderate weights.

Preferred Qualifications:

•

Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting part specifications.

•

Previous experience in part finishing or similar roles.

•

Knowledge of safety standards and proper PPE usage.

•

Forklift license is a plus but not required.
