Join a hardworking crew supporting one of Alaska’s most critical gold mines. We’re hiring Skilled Laborers for a fire restoration project starting February 2026. Earn $25–$30/hour while working up to 72 hours per week.

Responsibilities

- Laborer duties include fire damage demo and clean up as well as assisting skilled trades crews with their duties.

- Follow jobsite safety procedures and help keep a clean, hazard-free work zone

- Assist with other jobsite duties as directed by site supervisors.

- Work efficiently in a team environment under tight project timelines.

- Ability to operate tools and equipment in in dirty conditions with temperatures below freezing.

Requirements

- Ability to work up to 6 days per week, 12-hour shifts (day and/or night).

- Must have valid driver’s license

- Must pass a background check and drug screening (required for mine site access).
