**Job Requirements**

* Safety – willing and able to follow safety guidelines established by your foreman and the field safety coordinators.
* Specifications – willing and able to follow the direction of your foreman as it pertains to all job specifications
* Tools – can identify and knows how to use specific tools to complete the task at hand
* Material – can identify and knows the purpose of material needed to complete the job
* Product –understand and know what different products are used for (asphalt, concrete, etc.)
