**Overview**  
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer/Shipper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring that all items are packed securely and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

* Locate items on pick list and stage for shipping.
* Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
* Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper delivery.
* Inspect items for damage or defects prior to packing.
* Maintain an organized workspace to facilitate efficient packing operations.
* Assist in inventory management by tracking items packed and shipped.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals and deadlines.
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse environments is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
* Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and inventory management.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
