Monarch is a family-owned metal manufacturing business in Medford and seeking to add another team member to our production crew. We are a small, close team with typically 8-12 people. We work hard and have a fast paced warehouse/office, but strive for a positive work environment with a flexible work schedule for a balanced work/life.

The position we are hiring for is assisting in the shipping department. The ideal candidate needs to have a very high attention to detail to verify that the correct products are pulled and properly packaged up while doing so at a fast rate. The position is mostly on your feet and requires you to be able to routinely lift around 30 pounds.

We are looking for a part time worker from the hours of around 8:30am to 2pm, Monday though Friday, with most holidays off.

Tasks Include:

- Pulling products from shelves

- Inventorying new products

- Packaging up orders for shipping

- Cleaning work stations/shop area

Skills/requirements

- Able to stand & work for a full shift

- Able to lift & carry 50 pounds

- Pass a full background check

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
