- Dive deep into
Atomic Spectroscopy, Inorganic & Elemental Analysis
to support diverse business units.
- Collaborate globally to solve complex problems using advanced analytical techniques.
- Innovate and develop new methods and instruments for reliable measurements.
- Lead lab operations with a sharp focus on
safety, quality, and precision
.
- Scout emerging technologies and bring them into Shell’s ecosystem.
- Drive CapEx and R&D projects, sharing best practices across global hubs.
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry or Electrochemistry
- Advanced expertise in techniques like
ICP-MS, ICP-OES, XRF, AAS, CNS, titration, and more
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
- US work authorization required (some sponsorships available for PhD/MS candidates)
- Work on high-impact projects across
upstream, downstream, and energy transition
domains
