This is not a entry level job and not accepting fast learners or those right out of welding school!!!

Must be able to cold call, measure jobs, do the work and everything in-between. Every type of metal and all aspects of fabrication from thin aluminum and copper to railings and hoppers. HVAC measuring, stair tread layout, finishing stainless, flashings, blow pipe, grease duct are just a few of the things that will be required. Like i mentioned above this is not a entry level position. This is for a well rounded journeyman that understands not only the process but also the right equipment and tooling to do the job. We will want to see you be able to do the work and will move more to a foreman role as this grows.
