Job Responsibilities:

- - Deliver training in person and virtually based on district requirements

- - Design and develop innovative learning solutions to meet training objectives

- - Develop and implement training content and production standards to expand learning services

- - Support employee training development via competency programs for current and future requirements

- - Provide individual training records for reporting purposes

- - Act as a catalyst for best-practice sharing across district locations

- - Assist Engineering with document revision requirements

- - Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures

- - Manage business travel and training expenditures efficiently following company policies

- - Perform other work-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- - High School Diploma or Equivalent

- - 5+ years of hands-on service experience with NOV Downhole tools preferred

- - Significant applicable downhole tool service experience required

- Must be willing to travel domestic and international
