- Perform rigging up and rigging down of service equipment under direct supervision, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and participation in safety meetings.
- Assemble, prepare, and test equipment for installation, operation, and service.
- Assist in job execution, monitoring well control parameters and calculations before and during operations.
- Operate high-pressure fluid pumps and coil tubing support equipment (flow back package).
- Conduct pre- and post-job inspections, including hydrostatic testing on Blow Out Prevention Equipment (BOPE) and reels.
- Carry out preventative maintenance (PM) on all associated equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Safely perform crane and rigging operations in alignment with customer requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain work areas and equipment, including housekeeping, clean-up, and repairs.
- Mentor peers and provide hands-on training for Operator Assistants.
- Actively promote safety awareness, environmental responsibility, and adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, cost management, and operational performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant field service or project support experience.
- Completion of essential math, Red Book, and Coil Tubing I training.
- Project Management–specific equipment knowledge and job skills required.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) may be required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic reading, writing, and computer skills.
