We’re looking for a Service Center Manager

What you’ll do:

- Provide daily operational and strategic leadership for our Odessa Service Center

- Coach and develop 22-27 technical employees

- Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution

- Partner with the sales, fleet, & logistics teams to ensure timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment

- Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors

- Act safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

- 3- 5 years of relevant operations leadership experience

- 3 years of direct management of technical employees

- Manage P&L of $90 million – reporting and analysis

- Experience as location safety leader

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

- Experience with common construction and industrial tools or mechanical background
