The Consolidated Mutual Water Company seeks an experienced Senior Water Treatment Plant Operator to guide our treatment plant’s evolution. This role combines strategic leadership and operational oversight by ensuring regulatory compliance, guiding a team of operators, and supporting efforts to modernize and automate plant operations. It requires a can-do attitude, strong leadership ability, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

We are looking for a proven leader with:

- 6+ years of people management experience leading teams. - 6+ years of direct experience in water treatment.

- A Colorado Water Works Operator certification.

- Strategic mindset and thinking skills, with the ability to optimize operations and apply new technologies.

- A collaborative leadership style that builds trust and credibility, develops talent, and promotes safety and compliance.

- Hiring Range for this postion: $85,000 – $110,000 - Depending on experience
