We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Consultant with deep expertise in CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheets) for a project in New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong functional background in SAP HR, understands end-to-end time management processes, and can partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Experience working within the utilities industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP HR modules with a strong focus on CATS functionality.

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and implement effective solutions.

- Support integrations between CATS, Payroll, Time Management, Project Systems, and other SAP modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring system stability and data accuracy.

- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing cycles, and documentation efforts.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of hands-on SAP HR experience, including configuration and support.

- Strong, demonstrable experience with SAP CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheets).

- Solid understanding of SAP Time Management, Payroll, and related HR processes.

- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders in a functional/consultative capacity.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in or supporting a utilities company or similar regulated industry.

- Knowledge of SAP Project Systems (PS) or other related modules.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $90.00 - $135.00 per hour
