Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager - Civil

$135k - $165k + incentives and package

An established, national technical builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager (intermediate or Senior) – Critical Infrastructure

to lead the successful delivery of water, wastewater, bridge, and other essential infrastructure projects.

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of critical infrastructure projects across all phases of the lifecycle — from pre-construction through closeout — ensuring successful delivery in alignment with budget, schedule, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage infrastructure projects across all stages of delivery

- Maintain accountability for budgets, cost control, timelines, and accurate monthly forecasting

- Assume responsibility for overall project delivery and financial performance

- Serve as primary liaison between clients, consultants, site leadership, and trade partners

- Organize and lead project teams to achieve deliverables in accordance with specifications

- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture

Qualifications

- Progressive project experience with a mid-size to large general contractor

- Experience delivering water, wastewater, bridge, or related infrastructure projects

- Post-secondary education in engineering, construction management, or related field (equivalent experience considered)

- Demonstrated leadership capability with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across stakeholders

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
