The Senior Program Leader-Technical Training will be responsible and accountable for the technical onboarding, development, and continuous learning programs within the Engineering Organization, including program strategy and management of GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GVH) Edison Engineering Development Program and Intern Pipeline. They will be directly responsible for the health, daily management, and continuous improvement of these programs. To be successful, this leader will partner with senior leaders across Nuclear Engineering and other functions to identify needs and implement solutions. They will also manage the staff and members of these programs.
This role is onsite at our headquarters in Wilmington, NC
The base pay range for this position is $112,000 to $160,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on Friday August 1st
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
