Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough eye examinations and optical measurements

- Advise customers on eyewear that suits their optical needs and facial features

- Assemble, monitor, and maintain high-quality optical aids

- Comfortable working with KPI’s and commercial objectives as an optometrist

- Being a key part of the team, adaptable into a multidisciplinary work environment.

- Adaptable and open-minded to innovations and new best practices.

- Work outside of the generic scope of Optometry, focusing on organizational

Requirements:

- Degree in Optometry from a school accredited by the Guyana Medical Board and a valid practicing license in Guyana.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience.

- A strong customer focus and precise, analytical mindset.

- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.

- Passion for both fashion and technical innovation in eyewear.

- A drive to support and develop fellow team member.
