Expected salary range
of $159,300 to $177,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose Of Position
Accountability for the creation, deployment and maintenance of Constellation's learning and development strategy, enabling an enterprise-wide learning culture. Leads workstreams that support L&D metrics and data analytics, L&D operations, and integration of L&D initiatives into Constellation's People Strategy. Manages L&D team with a focus on performance and achieving results.
