The Senior IT Technical Analyst is a member of the Global Network Services team, which is responsible for all aspects of Global Network, IT Infrastructure including, but not limited to, WAN, MAN, LAN, WiFi, Voice & Collaboration. This person will support, monitoring and lead network deployments, adhere to selected best practices and defined security policies, document of key network components. Include IP switching/routing/WAN and wireless technologies, remote access and security technologies such as firewalls and VPNs.

What will you do?

- Monitoring, trending and forecasting global network performance and capacity planning.

- Collaborative implementation of global network technologies. Provide Tier 2 & 3 support for and mentor the Global Network Operations Team.

- Utilize professional concepts and company policies/procedures to implement a diverse range of architecture solutions in our production environment. Lead the development and implementation of pro-active IP network monitoring and alerting tools. Support Mosaic’s global network tools and technologies in compliance with approved processes and strict change management procedures.

What do you need for this role?

- Associate's Degree required, major in related field. Bachelors Degree preferred, major in Computer and Information Science or related field.

- 5+ years of Operations Management experience. - 5+ years of IT Infrastructure knowledge. - 5+ years of Cisco Network experience.

- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNA) – Cisco required.

- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) – Cisco preferred.
