Lead and conduct energy market and economic analysis in support of API’s senior management, policy, communications, and government relations functions, for external consumption by API members, policymakers, and the public. Identify, analyze, and communicate information to raise internal API as well as public understanding of energy markets and implications of energy policies. Enhance API’s capacity to explain market developments of short- and long-run significance and inform API’s advocacy. This position reports to the Director for Energy Market Analysis within the Office of Economics and Research.
