About the Firm
We are a lean, entrepreneurial real estate investment group focused on acquiring and operating a diverse mix of asset classes including Multifamily, Hotels, and NNN Retail properties. Our firm currently oversees more than $300 million in assets under management, comprising over 1,000 multifamily units and hotel keys, along with a premier high-rise office asset. We anticipate acquiring in excess of $100 million in new assets annually as part of our ongoing growth strategy. With a proven track record and access to discretionary private capital, we are looking to expand our acquisitions platform and outperform market returns across cycles.
The Role
We are seeking a
highly experienced, execution-driven real estate Director / Senior Director
to lead our investment strategy and day-to-day deal activity. This is a
hands-on leadership role
, working directly alongside ownership and a small internal team.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate investments across multiple sectors, while also overseeing asset performance post-acquisition. The ideal candidate is not only a strategic thinker, but also a
proven operator and dealmaker
—someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves and managing the details to drive outsized results.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Sourcing & Execution
•Identify, underwrite, and lead acquisitions across core property types: Multifamily, Hospitality, NNN, Retail, and Industrial.
•Manage all aspects of the deal process: underwriting, LOI/PSA negotiations, due diligence, financing, and closing.
•Leveraging and interfacing with the brokerage community and principals directly to source and maintain attractive, robust pipeline of high-quality acquisition opportunities.
•Fostering and maintaining good working relationships with brokers, sellers, property managers and vendors to help facilitate acquisitions.
•In conjunction with asset management team, create and review capital budgets and business plans and coordinate with third party managers and other sources to help fully define and vet investment opportunities.
Asset Oversight
•Oversee operational performance of acquired assets, working with third-party managers and internal staff.
•Implement value-add strategies, manage capex planning, and drive NOI growth.
•Monitor market conditions and lead disposition strategies when appropriate.
•Bring institutional-quality best practices to underwriting, execution, and asset management.
•Work closely with ownership to shape portfolio strategy, capital deployment, and long-term positioning.
•Ensure each deal is structured to
outperform the market
and meet internal return thresholds.
Ideal Candidate
•10+ years of experience in real estate investment and acquisitions including experience with asset management.
•Demonstrated track record of full-cycle execution across a range of property types, ideally including Multifamily, Hotels, and NNN Retail.
•Strong underwriting, financial modeling, and deal negotiation skills.
•Deep network of brokers, sellers, and operational partners.
•Comfortable operating in a lean environment—hands-on, detail-oriented, and decisive.
•Brings established best practices without needing large-scale infrastructure.
•Highly ethical, analytical, and aligned with a long-term, value-driven investment philosophy.
•Advanced degree (MBA, MSRE, JD) is a plus but not required.
Why This Role
•Join a high-performing team with real momentum and deal flow.
•Lead from the front—not just manage from above.
•Direct influence on capital deployment and investment thesis.
•Opportunity to make a real impact and grow with a focused, entrepreneurial firm.
•Competitive base salary and performance bonuses (no equity offered at this time).
