Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses

- Manage daily data imports and maintain financial records

- Assist the Financial Controller with reporting and projects

- Analyze and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness

- Support audit requests as needed

- Cross-train with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) for added team flexibility

- Utilize automated accounting systems for efficient financial processing

- Work within the full monthly accounting cycle (G/L, A/P, A/R)

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

- 5+ years of accounting experience preferred

- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access

- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
