This individual will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and building their own business through our Sub-Dealer Program, with little to no upfront investment required—just the right experience.
- Sales Leadership: Take charge of driving sales by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the window and door industry.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
- Sub-Dealer Program: Leverage our proven Sub-Dealer Model to establish and grow your own business with support and resources to ensure quick success.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to individual client needs and market trends, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- Team Management: Oversee the performance of your own sub-dealer network and ensuring they meet company standards and sales goals.
- Brand Representation: Represent our well-established window and door brand, maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Performance Tracking: Set and track sales targets, providing regular reports on performance to senior leadership.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales with a focus on closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong desire to build and grow a personal business within a structured framework.
- Customer Service Excellence: High-level skills in customer service and relationship management.
- Integrity and Honesty: A commitment to honesty and integrity in all dealings, ensuring the highest ethical standards.
- Branded Company Experience: Experience working with branded companies, particularly in the window and door industry.
- Leadership Abilities: Ability to lead and manage a network of salespeople, while also being self-driven and independent.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for building relationships with clients and team members. Computer Skills required.
