- Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the development of standard work and best practices
- Promote transparency and continuous improvement through regular feedback loops and process refinement
- Serve as a shared Agile support resource across internal technology teams as needed
- Exceptional facilitation skills for leading productive Agile ceremonies and team discussions
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities to develop team Agile maturity
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities to address team dynamics and organizational challenges
- Servant-leader orientation with collaborative mindset rather than command-and-control approach
- Ability to manage dependencies and coordinate work across multiple teams in a matrixed environment
- Strong organizational skills to track team progress, metrics, and delivery commitments
- Adaptability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation
- Working knowledge of Jira Align for portfolio-level visibility and planning
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management
- Understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks and when to apply them- 5-7+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Proven track record facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams toward self-organization
- Experience working within large, matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes
- Background supporting organizational or enterprise-level Agile transformation efforts
- Scrum certification required: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent recognized certification
This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a large-scale Agile transformation while helping shape the future of Scrum Mastery excellence at the enterprise level. The role offers exposure to high-visibility initiatives with real business impact, participation in an innovative "Homeroom" model for Scrum Masters, and the chance to influence organizational capability development. With a strong emphasis on lean principles, continuous learning, and collaborative innovation, this position provides a platform to grow professionally while contributing to a culture that values transparency, trust, and team empowerment in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
