Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated early riser to join our team as a Scale Clerk. The ideal candidate will arrive on time every day and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our scale house by interfacing with truck drivers and providing accurate tickets.

Responsibilities

- Prompt arrival at 4:30 am every morning.

- Operate scale and interact with trucks coming and going from plant.

- Ensure a productive work environment.

- Maintain a clean scale house in a dusty environment.

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.

- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to information.

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and messages.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.

- Support the management team with personal assistant duties as required.

- Gather and maintain all MSHA required records and documentation

Experience

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.

- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is essential.

- Ability to multi-task is necessary

- Bi-lingual Spanish/English speaking is preferred.
