Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sandblaster/Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for Sandblasting and applying powder coatings to various metal components, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our standards. You will also be prepping.

Responsibilities

- Prepare metal parts and components for coating by cleaning, masking, and sanding as needed.

- Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns.

- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble or modify parts prior to coating.

- Manage materials handling tasks such as loading and unloading parts.

- Inspect finished products with precision measuring instruments to ensure coating quality and adherence to specifications.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

- Perform routine maintenance on coating equipment and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
