We are seeking a dynamic, smart and career driven sales and marketing administrator to lead or assist in the following tasks:

Description of role:

Primary role:

1- Assist in marketing and business development

· Track RFP and requests

· Identify business opportunities

· Maintain the CRM system

· Monitor the website and LinkedIn account health

· Post articles and notices on behalf of team

· Identify business opportunities

· Participate in conference and trade shows if needed

Secondary role:

2- Assist in office management

3- Assist in project management

4- Assist in corporate compliance

5- Assist with inventory and asset management

Expected skills, knowledge and experience:

· Proven experience in professional and corporate settings

· Superb computer skills, including advanced office suite of products as well as Microsoft 365 cloud applications and security

· Professional communication skills; written and oral

· Advanced organization, multi-tasking, prioritization, and management skills

· Good understanding of tax, legal and corporate operational requirements

· Experienced with contract language and requirements

· Demonstrated experience in all key role requirements

· Background in Engineering is a bonus
