What You'll Be Doing

- Meeting with homeowners in their homes to assess roofing needs

- Conducting roof inspections

- Creating detailed proposals and presenting options

- Educating homeowners on roofing materials, warranties, and investment value

- Building relationships that lead to referrals

- Managing your pipeline in our CRM

- Closing deals and cashing checks

The Ideal Candidate

You're a great fit if you:

- Have at least 6months roofing sales experience

- Are comfortable on roofs

- Can work independently without someone micromanaging you

- Actually LIKE talking to people and building relationships

- Are motivated by money and competition

- Have reliable transportation and valid CA driver's license

- Can work evenings and weekends

- Open to learning other home improvement sales (HVAC, Windows etc)

Bonus points for:

- Experience with construction or home improvement sales

- Existing network in Sacramento area

- Bilingual (Spanish) - huge advantage in our market

Compensation:

1099 commission based, unlimited earning potential. Most reps make between $100k and $300k/year

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $103,452.54 - $124,588.01 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week

Work Location: On the road
