Steel Co. located at SFS is seeking a full-time, motivated, responsible Sales Assistant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Answering telephone calls and assisting customers with sales inquiries, product information, pricing, stock availability, shipment status, and related issues.

- Providing excellent customer service and support.

Being bilingual and fluent in Mandarin is preferred, but not required.
