- As an Appointment Setter (Home Advisor), you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners looking for affordable, reliable solutions. This isn’t just another call center job — it’s a role where your voice matters, your effort is noticed, and your growth is supported every step of the way.
- You’ll connect with interested homeowners by phone or Zoom, help them understand how we can make their home better, and set qualified appointments for our expert closers.
- Reach out to potential clients to introduce our home improvement services.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with leads who are already warmed up.
- Answer questions, provide clear info, and help build trust from the first call.
- Log all calls and details in our CRM — we’ll train you.
- Work closely with our closers to hand off appointments smoothly.
- Learn and grow every day, supported by experienced managers.
- You’re great on the phone — confident, friendly, and professional.
- You know how to connect with people and keep a conversation flowing.
- You’ve worked in customer service, sales, or telemarketing — but you’re looking for more opportunity and more appreciation.
