Sales- Machine Shop

The Fleetwood Continental Sales Team needs a new rock star. We have been a fixture in the water well industry for over 50 years, and now have a rare opening in our sales department, a position with a rapid growth potential. In fact, this may be the last job you will ever need, especially once you are earning commissions. Once the training and probationary periods have passed, there will be a direct path to Sales Associate and Customer Relations Manager positions, and a generous bonus and commission pool after you can handle both inside and outside sales without supervision.

We are looking for a self-starter who is hungry, charming, affable, extroverted, great on the phone, better in person, a fast learner and a math whiz to boot.

Here are the qualifications that will land you this job:

Water well industry experience greatly preferred, but will train the right person for this niche business. If no experience in water well pumps, then the following things absolutely must apply to you.

2 years cold call sales and CRM experience with a proven history of making or exceeding sales goals

2 years experience in mechanical engineering and/or manufacturing environments

Must be able to read and provide new mechanical drawings to shop

Must be fast learner, assessed after 90 day probationary period

Ability to convert decimals to fractions and back off the top of your head is a must.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Engineering degree a plus.

$22/hr- $25/hr base salary to start during, DOE. Once probationary and training periods have elapsed, the successful candidate will be considered for a promotion to Sales Associate after assessment tests are passed and ability to perform outside sales functions have been proven. At this time candidate will be added to the sales bonus pool after probationary period has elapsed. Range $45K-$90K for the first year. Six figures are possible thereafter.
