Norvoch is a fine body jewelry manufacturing company with over 20 years in the jewelry industry. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and traveling to different states (potentially other countries) to make sales mane time to run our Instagram page. We are looking for someone with drive and energy who will be able to deliver great customer service and produce sales. The ideal candidate will possess a background in the piercing industry, strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. This position may include international and domestic travel as we attend multiple piercing expos. It would also require a sales representative to represent our company internationally. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to expand their career in sales directly related to the piercing industry. Traveling is a must.

Responsibilities

- Manage the Instagram account 9 (make a content and answer to the custumers questions)

- Travel to different locations and tour with our jewelry to different shops to make sales and develop client relationships.

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.

- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.

- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing the sale.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Experience

- Experience in piercing industry preferred.

- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
