We are seeking a dependable Spot Welder to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating spot welding equipment to join metal components according to specifications, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate spot welding machines following work instructions and specifications.

- Position and align metal parts to ensure accurate and consistent welds.

- Set and adjust welding parameters based on material type and thickness.

- Inspect spot welds for quality and report defects or issues as needed.

- Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance.

- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience as a Spot Welder or in a similar manufacturing role.

- Knowledge of resistance spot welding processes and equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and follow safety procedures.
