Why This Role Is Different
You'll architect new systems that shape how energy companies hire. Partner with product, growth, marketing, and sales to turn insights into features and revenue. Your technical vision will galvanize teams around ambitious goals using the newest technologies.
- Build APIs and microservices.
- Work on search/matching features using Elasticsearch and LLM integrations.
- Optimize databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Deploy applications on AWS and Azure.
- Write clean code and collaborate with product/design teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Backend: .NET and Python.
- Frontend: Next.js. Databases: SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Cloud: AWS and Azure.
- Search/AI: Elasticsearch and LLM integrations.
- 7+ years software development experience.
- Full-stack capabilities.
- API design and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and communication.
- Ability to work independently and mentor others
Preferred:
- Sanity CMS.
- Infrastructure as code and CI/CD experience.
- Startup experience.
