Your Next Challenge
Reporting to the Corporate Director, Maintenance and Asset Management, you will be part of the Operational Sustainability Department. You will work closely with the different mine sites, ensuring the Asset Management strategies are complied with globally through implementation, improvement and standardization of business processes, metrics, systems, technology and interfaces mainly within the maintenance function. This position pursues, promotes and enables knowledge transfer of Agnico’s best practices, and enriches these practices through external benchmarking when and where it is applicable. You will work closely with other functional peers and leaders to ensure common goals are achieved through coordination of effort and minimization of redundancy. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
