Location: In-Office Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive base + commission (based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Closer to work in-office, managing and closing state bids, custom roofing projects, and siding jobs. This role is ideal for a driven professional who understands construction sales, can interpret bid documents, and confidently guide projects from proposal to signed contract.
This is not door-to-door or canvassing. You’ll be working directly with qualified opportunities, collaborating with estimators, operations, and leadership.
- Review, manage, and close state and municipal roofing bids
- Handle custom residential and commercial roofing projects
- Sell and close siding projects with accuracy and professionalism
- Follow up on warm leads, proposals, and submitted bids
- Review scopes of work, pricing, and contracts for accuracy
- Communicate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams
- Maintain organized records of bids, proposals, and close status
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth project handoff
- Proven experience in roofing or construction sales
- Familiarity with state/municipal bid processes preferred
- Experience with siding sales a plus
- Strong closing skills and confidence discussing pricing
- Ability to read plans, scopes, and bid documents
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in-office with a fast-paced team- Competitive base salary + commission
