- Maintain communication with project managers and company stakeholders
- Prior experience in roofing sales, insurance adjusting, or storm restoration strongly preferred
- Familiarity with solar sales is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn solar financing structures and participate in ongoing training
- Additional Texas markets (Austin, Houston, San Antonio) based on availability
