About Us:

US SOLAR Roofing & Renovations is expanding and looking to add multiple skilled and motivated individuals to our roofing division. We handle high-quality residential and commercial roofing projects, and we are seeking team members at all experience levels—from junior apprentices to lead roofers—to join our professional crews.

Positions Available:

- Jr. Apprentice / Laborer: Assist with tear-offs, cleanup, and carrying shingles. Learn the trade while supporting experienced roofers.

- Roofing Installer: Install underlayment, paper, shingles, flashing, and tar chimneys. Cut and lay plywood.

- Lead Roofer / Foreman: Measure roofs, create accurate material lists, oversee the project from start to finish, manage crew efficiency, and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Remove old roofing materials (rip and clean) in a safe and efficient manner

- Carry and stage shingles, underlayment, and materials for installation

- Install paper, shingles, flashing, and chimney tar sealing

- Lay and cut plywood to proper dimensions when required

- Maintain a clean and safe worksite throughout the project

- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures

- Lead Roofers: Accurately measure roofs, prepare material lists, supervise team members, coordinate with project managers, and oversee quality control

Requirements:

- Roofing experience preferred (entry-level applicants welcome for apprentice roles)

- Must be comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions

- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

- For lead positions: proven leadership skills and project oversight experience

- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
