Responsibilities

- Operate, maintain and service assigned equipment including (Rig, crew truck, bailer trailer and other associated equipment)

- Safely and efficiently rig up and rig down. This includes ensuring the rig is properly positioned and secured at the well site, as well as preparing it for transport

- Ensure equipment is in good working order: Power tongs, rod and tubing elevators, air slips, sand line, tubing line

- The rig operator will be responsible for supervising and directing other crew members on the rig

- Perform Jobs such as: Pump changes, clean outs, hole in tubing, rod parts, fishing parted tubing, pull and work stuck tubing, sand pump to clean solids, bailer to clean fluid, set and release packers and acid jobs/dumps

- Assist steamers and pipe testers to expedite jobs

- Assist Acid trucks with rigging up on well to perform acid jobs/dumps

- Communicate with supervisor and pumper on status of well or job and complete daily tickets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
