What will you do?

As a Shift Manager you will ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing

restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts. As a Shift

Manager you will have full accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when

management is not present.

- Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests

- Assist management with training and coaching team members

- Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts

- Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory

- Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results

Requirements

- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures

- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
