We’re a forward-thinking solar company passionate about powering homes with clean, reliable energy. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated LICENSED Residential Wireman who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and grow into the solar side of the trade.

We are seeking a skilled Wireman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work. This role involves reading and interpreting schematics, utilizing various electrical testing tools, and ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). The Wireman will work collaboratively within a team to build and install electrical systems that meet industry standards.

What You'll Do:

- Perform residential electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs

- Work alongside our solar team on residential PV system installs

- Assist with system layouts, conduit runs, wiring, and inverter installations

- Learn the fundamentals of solar PV systems, code compliance, and interconnection

- Grow into a dual-role technician with both electrical and solar expertise

Qualifications:

- Experience in the solar industry is preferred, but not mandatory.

- Licensed Residential Wireman in Colorado

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
