**Job Requirements**

* Recognized expert in all aspects of residential/light HVAC.
* Understanding of OSHA regulations and Safety requirements for all aspects of the Service trade
* Strong HVAC installation and trouble-shooting skills
* Aptitude and ability to trouble shoot and repair HVAC systems
* Have exceptional sales skills and ability to write clean clear proposals.
