About This Job

As a Regional Maintenance Supervisor, you will support all plant leadership and maintenance associates by leading a technical team in a region. This position will be based out of our Bowling Green, KY location.

Every day as Regional Maintenance Supervisor you will...

•

Lead installation projects within the region in collaboration with plant maintenance and leadership teams

•

Analyze and recommend process and equipment improvements

•

Coordinate a technical group of associates to support local maintenance and HQ engineering

•

Develop, mentor, and train maintenance and project technicians in the area

•

Support others to accomplish goals

•

Work with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to track and improve performance

•

Troubleshoot complex Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical issues with the equipment

•

Have proven experience as a supervisor and project implementations

•

Confidently lead and motivate your team to win every day

•

Customer first mindset in order to resolve issues

•

High technical skills and ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, and mechanical prints

•

Challenge the status quo on processes to ensure continuous process improvement

•

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering related field is a plus

•

Willing to travel 50% of time to other locations on regular basis
