The Role
We are seeking a Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts for our expanding sales force. This role will focus on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding motivated sales representatives who are eager to grow with FSE. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and experienced in high-volume recruiting within sales, call centers, or related industries.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for sales representatives (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Post jobs across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.) and monitor performance.
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person/virtual interviews.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring goals and sales team growth targets.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruiting metrics.
- Assist with onboarding and training coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (preferably in sales recruiting).
- Strong ability to source candidates using job boards, social media, and other creative methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple open roles.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Prior experience in solar, home services, or related industries is a plus (but not required).- Competitive base salary + performance bonuses.
