About the Role

- Coordinate day‑to‑day activities while monitoring production quality, efficiency, and workflow.

- Promote, model, and enforce a strong safety culture across all job sites and operations.

- Serve as a communication link between employees and management, sharing feedback, observations, and operational recommendations.

- Oversee equipment and job site conditions, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

- Lead, coach, and support team members through hands‑on guidance, fostering development and continuous improvement.

- Competitive Pay: Starting wages range from $35 to $40 per hour, based on experience.

· Schedule: Monday – Friday, some Saturdays required. Overtime as necessary.

What We’re Looking For

- Ability to assign tasks, communicate priorities, and support daily operations.

- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to meeting quality and production standards.

- Willingness to provide performance feedback and uphold company policies.

- Strong commitment to promoting and enforcing safe work practices.

- Basic math proficiency and comfort using computer programs and data tools.

- Comfort working in varied conditions including noise, dust, vibration, and inclement weather.

- CDL and experience with ready mix operations preferred.
