Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN-OR) to assist surgeons and circulators in providing safe, high-quality surgical care. The RN will maintain a sterile environment and support perioperative procedures, including on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the circulator and surgeon during surgical procedures

- Perform circulating duties as needed

- Maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment

- Ensure patient safety and compliance with all policies and procedures

- Adhere to State and Federal healthcare regulations

- Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled

Shift & Call Details

- Schedule Options:

- 4x10s: 7:00am–5:30pm or 8:00am–6:30pm

- 5x8s: 7:00am–3:30pm, 9:00am–5:30pm, or 10:00am–6:30pm

- On-Call:

- One weeknight call per week

- Weekend call every 5th–7th weekend

Mandatory Requirements

- Active RN license (VT or compact, as applicable)

- Recent Operating Room (OR) experience

- Ability to work rotating shifts

- Willingness to take on-call assignments
