The work location is in Nunavik and the normal work schedule is 11 hours per day on a rotation of 4 weeks: 2 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 2 weeks for rest.

The Pinasuqatigiit program aims to provide Inuit beneficiaries with privileged access to the mining sector, allowing them to explore various positions and gain their first professional experience.
