We’re looking for a Quality Systems Manager who brings strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a passion for process excellence to help drive our operations forward.
· Lead efforts to analyze, audit, and improve manufacturing and business processes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
· Champion ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, ensuring full integration into business systems and operations.
· Drive change through internal audit programs, corrective actions, and root cause analysis to solve problems and prevent recurrence.
· Facilitate cross-functional meetings with key stakeholders to implement meaningful process improvements.
· Represent Webco with professionalism during customer audits and facility tours, showcasing our commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
· Oversee the Management of Change (MOC) process, ensuring that risks are assessed, decisions are data-driven, and communication is clear and timely.
· Collaborate closely with the Quality team to monitor trends, identify potential issues, and lead efforts toward sustainable corrective actions.
· Deliver clear, data-backed updates on process health and business performance during regular Management Review meetings.
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
· 1–2 years of manufacturing experience; exposure to quality systems and process auditing a plus.
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint); SAP knowledge is a bonus.
· A proactive, flexible, and curious mindset with a drive for learning and continuous development.
· Strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to influence change across teams.
· A collaborative approach with a commitment to high standards of integrity and respect for every team member’s unique contributions.
At Webco, you’ll join a team where innovation and people matter. We invest in our systems and our people—offering meaningful work, a supportive environment, and the chance to shape how quality is defined across the company.
